What we collect
Your email address, and which plan you clicked. Nothing else on this website. We don't ask about your health here.
If you try the SYTO preview and send us feedback, we keep your answers, and your email if you choose to add it, so we can improve SYTO and reply to you. The preview itself saves nothing you type into the app.
If you choose to reply to our emails and tell us about your treatment, we'll only use it to make SYTO better, keep it private, and delete it when you ask.
Why
To tell you when SYTO launches, and to learn which plans people prefer. We only do this because you've agreed to it, and you can change your mind any time.
Who helps us
- Netlify, which hosts this website and stores your sign-up.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.
Some of these companies store data outside the UK. They use legal safeguards approved for UK data.
How long we keep it
Until SYTO launches, plus 12 months. Or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or stop us emailing you, at any time. Just email us, or use the unsubscribe link in any email.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
